Yeah he had a qual hit up the other day which I was going to do but then he ended up wanting a 10 minute phone interview after the initial 0 cent basic demographic. Made me feel super unsure of my ability to gauge the damage appropriately so I backed out.

Yeah, he seemed to really want to make sure that you've done similar stuff before. I've done plenty of HITs with aerial images like that, where you have to locate and identify stuff, but I've never had to assess damage so it was a little difficult for me.

Yeah I've done some aerial hits before as well, I wasn't sure if he was more looking for say residential building damage or something like that which I would be comfortable with doing.
