I bailed. I have the idea that my results don't save unless I hit that last button. If I'm returning it (and I did), at the least I didn't want them to have my data (there is no reason for me to think this is true, btw).

anyway I think it's a systemic problem - and everyone will get paid (except me, of course :wink:
