I think they incorrectly put the same id on all the button groups. I could be wrong though, you may want to message them.

Thats on the input tags. If you traverse up to the div with the class btn-group-vertical they all have an id="Inputs" attribute. I'm not certain this is what is wrong with them but it would make sense.
