At least from the sound of it, it doesn't seem like you have to think AND type out to sentences that's over a certain amount of characters but also around the same word count. I did 100 of those last night and was wiped out.

Meh I'm trying but the rules rule out most options for "fixing" them. Basically change it but don't change anything. The examples even kind of bend the rules.

I think they mean just don't interchange only do-don't type of thing. But could change "he did poorly" for "he did awesomely" but not he didn't do poorly. I hope anyway.
