Rod Johnson finally replied about that $5 click survey yesterday.

"unfortunately the task requires an intense musical precision and unless those results are in the top 25 percentile, I cannot use them."

So, I got rejected for not being in the top 25%.

Funny... The hit description said NOTHING about "intense musical precision" or a threshold that needed met.

Automatically rejecting 75% of the hits sounds like a straight-up TOS violation. It sounds flat-out illegal: "Guys, I know I hired you all to move furniture today, but I've decided I can only pay the 25% of you who moved the most furniture..."

Exactly. I even explained that to him. I even explained that rejections hurt our ability to work. (well, some of us.)
