Getting older sucks and there’s nothing we can do about it except accept it

I will say the fifties are better than forties because hopefully you will feel more powerful and less afraid of being true to yourself and the forties were better than the thirties because I had less anxiety and more confidence. Just try to take care of yourself at whatever age you are and there is always hope.
