I've never understood the appeal of priority boarding. What do you like about it? I'm more of an enter-the-airport-at-a-dead-run kind of flyer.I feel the same way! Except I'm trying to offset the $35 I paid for priority boarding so I wouldn't be asked to gate check a 90yr old banjo
Just a heads up. I got screened out of this after 6 minutes with a message that I didn't meet their demographic requirements. They got my demographics in the beginning and 5 minutes of questions about product customization. :/
I don't care about it generally and have never paid for it before, but on the way here I was in boarding group 6 and group 7 and after had to gate check their carry-ons, (and they actually asked me to gate check the banjo and I about had a panic attack - thankfully the manager lady said it was fine and I could carry it on). My case is not super sturdy, since it's also 90-something. So it's basically just ensuring that I have access to overhead bin space
