in the case of the noncustodial parent never seeing their kid, I can easily see that happening, and I'm appalled that anyone would neglect their own kid.


I'm on good terms with my ex, I've had my kid every weekend and sometimes an extra day (we never got a court order for time, only for child support)
my ex's fiance likes me, and his family does as well - they invite me to things all the time, from simple backyard barbecues to things like everyone trick-or-treating together at halloween.

It's so nice to hear when a father stays involved with their child's life after a divorce. Sadly, there are too many men that think their fatherly responsibilities end with their divorce. Props to you and his Mom for making it work

I'm taking the rest of the evening off... Going to attempt to finish the last season of Breaking Bad. I can't believe that it took me this long to watch that show!

very long day, worked 6 hours (froze my ass off), came home and grilled burgers, chicken legs, fish and brats. That should keep us going for a couple of weeks. Set up my new TV and am now kicking back and watching it. Even made $2.12 today on here. LOL
