If there is no career page, are you leaving both fields blank? I feel weird submitting like that but it seems logical based on the instructions.

Yep, I'm hoping they did all of the rejects off the bat and they're slowly approving them a little bit at a time, I remember reading that they say approving them a little at a time is easier on their servers. Mines are approving little by little everyday.

Blank submissions don't look that great imo. Blank for URL, 0 of open jobs is how id do it, but email him for additional clarification.
