Well look on the bright side...if she *had* included the survey link sounds like she'd be a stickler* and very likely would be looking at rejections for one bubble in the wrong spot.

* I cleaned that up...pretty sure the management here wouldn't appreciate the word I would've used.

Based on this I'd be very shocked if she had a functioning survey...we're talking radio buttons that unclick the one above when you answer the next question, images that don't load because the path is c:\my documents\pic.jpg, the whole nine yards.
