You didn't ask me, but when I quit smoking I tried to keep in mind that cravings only last a few minutes each time. So when I wanted a cig, I knew the feeling would pass if I would just wait a few minutes. Driving and coffee were by far the hardest ones to overcome. Bitter coffee helped (drink it black now). whyquit.com and a $$$ tracker helped a ton but that was a decade ago, idk how the site is now. Aren't cigs like $10 a pack now? How many shitty HITs does it take to buy a cig?

I don't smoke actual cigarettes. I smoke something else (not pot). And I honestly smoke like a max of two sticks per day. My triggers are stress and alcohol and I'm not so keen on giving up nicotine and alcohol at the same time! talk about turning someone into a bitch.

I'm super sweet. Took me years to break my bitch addiction. I don't want it to come back!

If its the draw different tanks and tips can make it more of a mouth to lung authentic experience similar to a cig. There's so many different tobacco flavors you just have to find one that works for you or go with many of the other random flavors if you take a liking

I'm thinking of doing that with gum. I use my friends' vapes in many situations and they just don't do it for me (my friends are happy to share vapes, apparently they are certain I have no icky diseases, lol). But I do like the gum.

the plus side is that its impossible to look cool while you do it so you start doing it less outside of the house

I find it far less cost-inhibitive than other cessation stuff, and I've certainly cut back my nicotine intake quite a bit as well. I could point you in the right direction if you ever wanted to switch, though, but quitting is really about whatever works for you.

Do Mountain, C-Sats, and Pinterest reuse the same Panda's or have new ones? Trying to decide if I leave these in PC or not.

I managed to grab a bunch of Mountains but had a learning experience, one timed out and blew up the rest of them. I checked all the others that I had and they all had that stupid refresh message. I was hoping to find one good one and work through the rest of them by hunting for the good each time but no such luck .
