Trying ot make it look like frost, it's taking some practice lol

For frost you need a light dusting on the edges of the petals. Nothing wrong with what you got, though. If they're for a bunch, then, mix 'em. If for a single use, like for hair or broach, then let the user decide...the lighter the color, the more frosty it'll look. And the less amount will matter. Dark colors will show up the glitter more and the amount will be more critical.

Thanks, I noticed the lighter roses looked better than the darker ones, can't really figure out why but it's probably because I just painted everything with glue and poured glitter on.

Looking fine to me. Have you tried slightly darker petals inside and lighter outside with a streak of frost on the outside petals.....although what you have will appeal to buyers. Many people like flash over subtlety. I'm liking these. You can quickly make up a huge batch for sales...another stray thought...try cannibalizing artificial poinsettia petals(for next year's sales or Valentine's--acquired at store and garage sales) for the velvet texture to create velvety red roses with just a touch of glitter. This is cheap supplies for a better profit margin. I did a lot of this type of thing at one time. Scrabbling about for interesting supplies will create a more novel product. One that your competitors can't copy...too bad you're not in my neck of the woods. I'm still overloaded with craft fixings. I've got a studio just for crafts, aside from my painting stuff...and sewing stuff.......

I’m not great with colors. But I like the different contrasts between the light and the dark colors.

Anybody see that Claus person. I could use a Christmas gift. Course we don't have a lot of chimneys
'round here. He'd have to knock on the door--'cause just showing up inside the house can have consequences around these parts.
