Since I'm talking about things that have happened to me before, a couple years ago Amazon lost a payment of mine and no amount of communication with AP solved the issue. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and friendly, but they couldn't figure out what had happened or how to fix it, although they assured me they were trying. It wasn't until I emailed the jeff@amazon email that I finally got my money...so it must not have been that hard to do after all, it just wasn't a priority. All in all it took 33 days to get my payment back. I waited 30 days to email that account and got my payment back 3 days later.

Hopefully because this time it happened to A LOT of people, AP will be a lot more prompt and competent.

The fact that it is a large amount of us works in our favor. Did your have a processing message when you looked at it? Or was it just totally missing?

I want to keep positive and move on from it but with the issues with AP this week I'm just not feeling too hopeful about any of it. I'm thinking I should maybe just step away from turk after a do my SurveyComet in a bit and come back Monday. Turk was my main source of income for years but isn't anymore. However it's become just part of my daily life over the last decade. I would ask why would they want to push out one of the oldest turkers (my account is old, I'm not...I think lol) like this but there's no point because they literally don't care about us.

thanks for your notification. There is a bug, that you do not see the page explaining the reason for that. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me explain it. The broken page should have told you, that we dont have any more videos to show you in your case. This depends on the amount of videos a worker did for us (in the past) and also on the general state of the survey.
I already canceled the batch to fix this issue such that workers (which did a lot of HITs for us - like you) will be informed properly and not by this error message.

Never mind. I just checked TV and someone reported rejections for every one after the first.

I feel like Amazon has been picking on me all week. I've seen so much shit happen with this company over the years and they never fail to cause unwarranted stress by not being transparent. I think I'm really tired of it.

I know it's probably not gonna make you feel much better but I just wanted to let you know that I also have anxiety and I completely understand how you're feeling. Everything unexpected makes you absolutely sure that the worst is happening and it is a horrible feeling. One thing I do know is that it always ends up passing eventually. I hope everything ends up okay and you are not alone
