Pickles are easily the worst things in a world full of terrible things.
Fried pickles are good. Aside from that, you are correct.

One of my hobbies is making homemade pickles of all the things (it's really easy.)

I make really good jalapeno pickles.
My thing is I hate vinegar, I hate dill, and I'm not crazy about cucumbers. I suppose if you pickle stuff without using any of those 3 things, I might be able to get on board with it.

Just googled and apparently making pickles without vinegar is a thing.

Not as easy though :blep:

I wish requesters would make typing hits not submit when hitting enter to go the next line. I just guaranteed myself a rejection. I wrote the requester and begged for mercy hopefully I get a chance to make it up.

Try this. Pour lemon or lime juice over sliced red onions an marinate a few hours in the fridge. (can use vinegar) Add to your tortilla with the pork you've roasted for three days in a hole in the ground in the backyard. A Yucatan delight. The red onions turn bright pink....and no, I don't cook in the backyard, either in the ground or above it. The mosquitoes would eat me alive....and my days of digging big holes in the yard are done.

?

the only "cucumbers" I eat are pickles, and I love 'em on hamburgers, by themselves, or on my roast beef sandwiches/subs.
Holy shit....

Let's see if this works again...

Man I really wish my bank account would get back on that "having a ton of money" fetish.

You can add cucumbers to that and it's good too!

Does that mean so much salt is used that when you eat those non-vinegar pickles and then eventually die of natural causes, you won't need to be treated with embalming fluid?

I think I need a nap. Read that as "homicide pickles".
