I think this is for Survey Comet forecasting HITS. The qual went out weeks ago. I did it the first time around, but missed the qual this time (so I didn't see this email). You forecast political events.

The second generation Apple Pencil costs $130.

You can use a 3rd party stylus with iPads. I think Logitech makes one with the same features as Apple's Pencil for under $50.
