I worry about it when it's not well-maintained or unreliable to the point where I have to worry about it. Like my last car.

I lucked out with this car it's both reliable *and* cool.

Well I would be aware of it and try to de-stress, but when I freaking had to replace my car and it was going to be a nightmare, in the end it turned out better than I thought and it didn't take as long either.

So maybe not as much to worry about where you are now *or* how you need to get where you want to go.

Edit: I paid off $10k in medical debt in 8 months when I got my last good job, but then I lost it and I've built up some since then.
