Found the chili recipe I lost. Was hoping to make something else too for later this week, but I get so overwhelmed looking at recipes online. I tend to gravitate towards ground beef recipes or desserts.

In jersey, it's illegal to pump your own gas. I LOVE that. we have one station in our area that does that (it's actually over the border in MA). But just one.........

Honestly, when it's like 5 degrees outside, it's a real pleasure to sit in your car and let the attendant do their thing

Weird state law, but prob. a good reason for it. And it if was 5° here, I'd welcome someone else to pump my gas.

YES! It's only a pain when the station is busy. Even still, I'd rather someone else get paid to pump my gas than get out of the car and do it myself. AND it means my husband does all the gas pumping when we're out of state (every few months) b/c he grew up in a pump-your-own state! Everyone wins. lol

I have some vague memories of when full service stations were a common thing out here. I've had gas pumped for me by an attendant maybe once, ever.

That's nice when it's freezing out. I'd get impatient if it slowed things down waiting for an attendant though.
