I charged my phone and then regretted it. Shouted for a minute(15). Watched an hour of tv. You're both doing better than me. Ugh. Now that I've said it "out loud", I'm even more disgusted with myself. I should go get a coffee. Maybe that will turn me around. I hope so. Of course, I could still be recovering and this is just part of it. Back in a little bit, in a better mood.
