I did a hit a lot like that once for $98. It was a nightmare. And then for someone to be able to say, "Naw, that's not exactly what I'm looking for," and reject that stuff and keep the data? No way. Too much of a time investment for that much risk, imo. Plus, why even waste money on Masters requisite for something like this? People are silly.

It's probably somebody's data review so they don't have to collect it all for their PhD. I know ex-hub had to do a massive literature review for his part 1 when he was grinding his DPhil out. Back in the day when that was a whole lot of paper. Snigger. (Part 1 was at the end of his 1st year and made sure his funding carried on.)

One time, early on, I caught a hit that was going to pay $100 but take like 2-3 hours. It had to do with words and I did 10 minutes. I knew I needed to go to work, so I threw it back. Because I was new I saw it had like a 3 day timer or something ridiculous, but didn't quite realize I could sit on it until I had time to do it. A month or two later I really grimaced when I realized what I had done (and how lucky I was to catch it at all). I don't think it said $100 in the pay, but was bonus for completing the whole thing.
