i'm getting there. yesterday sucked.. i woke up this morning and coughed up a lung or close to it. think the dayquil is helping. I needed to sleep more than anything today i think. I'm hoping i'm clearer tomorrow. I'm now a day behind on my running schedule and that blows. If I can get a run in tomorrow I'll be happy. Won't have time on Friday.
