My friend is a professional handyman. He doesn't do anything hard, or anything that would need a pro. But, he gets paid for 40hrs a week. He's not specifically skilled at any one thing. Just a hard worker, who's handy to have around, if you own a housing development. He mostly fixes stairs, holes in walls, light bulbs, painting, maybe a new light switch, oven/stove/fridge/water heater replacements, changing locks, snow shoveling, etc. Nothing you would need a tradesman for.

That's what I need. A handyman. Around here, they charge 40/hour - which I think is way too much.
But, I'm like Murphy Brown and her secretaries.............My first guy was a pedophile (for real, not just an oops she was how old). The second kept coming late and telling me about fights with his g/friend and his depression. (Um, I hired you to work and all).
I'm in the market for my 3rd one......

Those rare occasions where you get a product and get paid for it are my favorite. I miss getting stuff from pinecone
