This HIT has been haunting me and it's all my fault...

Couldn't catch it for days but finally caught it yesterday. Too bad I was busy cooking and the timer almost expired before I saw it, so I returned it after doing the consent.
Got excited when I caught it again today, but I can't do it because it says I haven't done the consent, and it won't show me the consent, even after deleting my cookies. Returned it again...
