I'm confused, just what this means at the end of a survey after I submitted the code on the mturk page, the qualtrics page says

How does the whack a number game work? I never whacked anything. I heard noise on calibration and then nothing on tests then it told me I completed the hit and thank you.

Silence might have been a variation. It played music in the background when I did it.

The time can vary. I think it took me around 25 minutes. Read the instructions. It's not necessary to complete all the games, although you might want to try until you get bored or discouraged.
