I mean, if the HITs say you have to be proficient to do them, don't do them if you aren't. If you're doing some other batch that doesn't say that, then go on but the one I'm looking at says Chinese language proficiency is required, not suggested.

it doesn't matter what ends up happening.
the point is that this is a public forum, and you pretty much said that you did chinese CIs without having a great proficiency in the language.

this implies that you didn't heed the directions

not only might that spur other people into acting similarly, but your post is also visible to any number of requesters that might visit the thread - many of whom have read/been told that the average worker is dishonest, and will do anything to get paid, at a rate that this worker appreciates.

This, in turn, makes everyone look bad, by association

That's really no different than doing a HIT for women, if you're a man. Or, if you don't meet any other demographic. Nothing will happen, per se, except that you aren't the worker they're looking for and shouldn't be doing them.

EDIT If they find out though, they'll block you and it could jeopardize your account.
