I wouldn't worry about the redirect. They probably just copy/pasted the survey link from a FB message. You could make sure you're signed out of FB while you do the survey just to be safe, if you're worried about it.

As for the page with the issue that you're having, I'm not sure. I haven't done either of their HITs. Do you have an adblocker or anything running? Those can sometimes hide things.

No adblocker running. It runs through testable.org and I think it is overloaded at the moment. Keeps hanging and stuff. I'll try later.
