I transferred money from mturk to Payments this morning but it never showed up and on mturk there's no record of the transfer either, the money is just gone.

I had a problem like that really early on in my turkering experience. I contacted Payment who said they can't do anything, but if you complain enough, and keep escalating, you eventually get to an actual supervisor, not a call center e-team, and they should be able to help you out.
