OMG $25,000 Pyramid was the best! Especially yelling answers at them.

Before I became edgy and nearly completely almost anti-consumerist, I loved me a good episode of Supermarket Sweep and its fantastic fashion sense

I loved those but, my favourite was...

EDIT I could have beat any one of those adults at any game they chose, at the time.
LOL

My grandfather always said he hated "The Price is Right," because he couldn't stand Bob Barker and his "fake, Hollywood smile."
:D
I'll always remember what he said to me

"Only pussies get their dogs spayed and neutered"

That precedes me a little bit. I remember Nick Arcade and the gaggle of little shits who didn't know how to play Sonic the Hedgehog and King of the Monsters.

Starcade was cool because it was adults. So, regardless of how good they were in their local circles, their scores usually didn't compare to any younger gamer. It was pretty sad. But, watching a kid play for 45minutes on one life doesn't make for good tv. Plus, they were more classic games requiring more skill than enjoyment. Some of those games were just a slog.

It's not going to be the same if they don't bring back those collared sweater shirt things.
Speaking of collars, I wanted, and got, a collar bar that you put under your tie knot because Peter Tomarken and Chuck Woolery always wore them.

I was 9.

Yes, I'm still weird.

RIP dapper game show host.

i can't catch enough tax engines to keep up with me doing them. why are big batches of tax engines always throttled like this. "improvements"
I was able to get enough to keep up with me by turning off everything except the panda in HC and setting it to 1000
