I'm not exactly sure you can cover bad chocolate with a filling of more chocolate. :p

all they need is salt.
salt enhances the sweet flavor, because it blocks the bitter sensation

dark chocolate is pretty good, when you have something in it.
like pomegranate seeds, or blueberries or something
