If you're already using the blender you might try using regular (natural) peanut butter. Fat is good for you. Although I guess it's pretty calorie dense if you're trying to cut down.
Yeah I'm on a diet right now and while fat isn't a problem, it is sometimes a bit too calorie dense for me.

I never thought to do that. I just assumed I could only do one at a time. Thanks for the tip!
Just make sure not to accept a new one while you're still waiting for another one. You don't want to get yourself since they frown on that.

A what??? a macro (*&(**&%^. When did everyone get so healthy and start using more words I don't know.
Macronutrients are protein/fat/carbs and are the part of the nutrition equation that will help with body composition (aka fat and muscle changes)/.

So I'm looking at these A9s, and my older AHK works fantastic for them, but I'm a bit confused - apparently someone doesn't know their animals very well. spider monkeys are not apes, tasmanian wolves are not coatls, and a few other problems like these..

anyway, if anyone wants the AHK

draw the bounding box
type 0 if there's none, then push enter
type 1 if there's 1, then push enter
type 2 if there's more than 1, then push enter
it defaults at no person face, not plain background, no watermark

pushing 9 toggles the background color to/from plain/blank
pushing 6 toggles the presence of a watermark
pushing 7 toggles that a person's face is in it

pushing 8 instead of a quantity present will say it didn't load.

if you don't have a numberpad, you can remove the word "numpad" in the code, to use the top numberline.

I use this, but it literally refuses to give me results because "it appears you're not eating enough". Can I just see it anyway?? :rain:
I'm not sure what "results" you mean? I just input my food and follow my calories/fat/protein totals basically .

I track obsessively (when I'm pretended to care about eating well) with Livestrong's MyPlate because I'm a nerd who likes data and spreadsheets.

I've tried switching, but I have so many foods that I normally eat already in MFP it's a PITA to switch now.

(I've really just eaten whatever I like since I have taken two trips this month.)

At the end, when you click "complete diary". It's supposed to tell you something, but I get a page with red text saying it won't tell me anything if I log less than a thousand calories.

Yeah I've been using this on and off for 8 years, even before it got picked up by LiveStrong and changed. I imagine they're all basically the same and if you have a history built up there's no reason to switch. I don't use apps anyway, I just do it on the computer. That's probably where the biggest differences would be, in the apps.
