You're getting way too defensive about this. How is emailing a requester stealing money?
I don't see how one person submitting 75 bad HITs would be so overbearing for a requester. That person had their qual revoked and all their work rejected. Problem solved. Seems like to me that requester would be glad he had more people wanting to get in line to do his work.
That is, unless you think he should keep it to just a few people.
Either way, I don't want the qual, I'm just here to point out and laugh at the silliness.
