we got our power back around 1pm and i went through troubleshooting to get the internet up and running. it was a sweaty 4 days

Ok so Adsforce popped for me but it seems that they require a qualification now because of the abuse. I did all of the qualifications and it said I got the qual at whatever value, on most the value was over what they require, and yet I still am not qualified? *and it's not a pending qual it actually said I now have the qual* anyone else having this issue? Do I need to wait a period of time before it's activated even if it says I have it? I'm confused

It can take a little bit of time. maybe 1/2 hour at most.

sometimes the quals glitch just click accept and see if you can grab one.

Did you just now get granted the qual?

But if you click on a panda you should be able to get on near instantly.

Did you try to accept a HIT? Sometimes it will stay grey, but you can still accept. But if you did and it still won't let you you, like @ecko said, sometimes it can take a bit. If all else fails, take a screenshot of your value and email them.
