I made myself a set schedule, and try to stick to that. If there's a day where it's incredibly slow, I find something else to do, but keep my alerts on for good stuff. Sometimes, even with that, there are days where I can only say, "um, no." I found I have to consistently schedule out blocks of time with my work and turk work, or all I'll do is neglect one over the other. Try a few different things and hopefully you will find what works best for you. Also, good morning!

I have found that day's like today when I can't get the motivation to complete HIT's if I go outside and get some fresh air for the day and come back on after getting enough physical activity and fresh air I can hit my goal during the later hours of the night.

Also, if I sit at the computer for too long I start to feel like crap. I might have to look into one of those stand up desks.
