I needed one for the office, of course. How high have you gotten the humidity up to in your room? I try to keep mine at about 50%.

Only around 35% usually, which is why I'm considering a second. It was at 40% one morning, when I woke up, but I haven't been able to get it back up that high since. Stupid desert.

It's very dry here too. Do you have the window open? I read it's optimal to have it at about 40%-50% but sometimes I like it higher if I want to feel my skin soaking up that sweet moisture.

You mean specifically the people on now? Because some of the people on here are doing quite well. There are at least two distinct groups that end up here.

I'm pretty darn happy with my life

It's very dry here too. Do you have the window open? I read it's optimal to have it at about 40%-50% but sometimes I like it higher if I want to feel my skin soaking up that sweet moisture.

I open the window sometimes, but I don't expect the moisture to stay in when I do. I only really turn the humidifier on when everything is closed up. But yeah, even 30-35% has been an improvement. My skin is in better condition than it was when I got here, but I still feel like it's too dry at times. I think 40-50% would be ideal.
