What timer is your PC on when running HM?

I didn't know you could set the timer. But for example the ribbins hits they will go off on HM and then I turn PC on and it doesn't catch anything. But if I search those hits on mturk I'm able to get them.

Only one person can work them?

it means that you can complete all of them, that if there is 20 available, that means you can do all 20, instead of having to share those 20 with everyone else.

of course, I believe they also set a maximum number of workers per hit - each hit to only be done by X amount of people. I don't know that for fact, but since there's 300 of them there, and I only did 6, and it says no more available.

This started a huge discussion the other day and now people are using it as a lame joke.

A personal batch is weird term that is supposed to mean there are a certain number of hits for each person. You will notice this on batches that you are working and the number available stays the same. The issue is when more people are working on the batch, then there are hits for each person, so the batch goes down anyway. It isn't really a personal batch then.
