what is the requester ID for this guy, or a way to get in touch with him. I caught his hit when i wasn't looking and so it expired. I guess because of that he blocked me from his hits

He is very responsive. I've emailed him a few times and he responds quickly.

I picked it up that surgey qual on panda glad I logged on before going to bed. At the end of the hit it says to request the qual after finishing the test and says to do so from the page i was sent from...well I was sent from a panda, what is the qual I am suppose to request?

That confused me as well. You don't need to do anything. He will give you the qual if you passed.
