I make about $10 (only good for rewards cards) a week doing surveys at quickthoughtsapp.com
Every survey completed is $1; sometimes if you screen-out you get .10. You need $10 to cash out. I'm a little bummed they have only had $10 iTunes cards since I started (about 2 months ago) as their information states they also offer Amazon cards. You get your $1 immediately. Easy and quick to sign up. Works on PC or IOS (there's an app).
UPDATE: Currently, I have $119.50 in my account. Found out if you want an Amazon card you have to log in with an Android device; IOS device will get you an iTunes card; currently you cannot redeem from the website.
