I don't really use swagbucks, anymore. And I don't know a thing about the other two. However, I've never heard of survey's on swagbucks being 'worth it.' I've only heard folks say that it was a waste of effort.
Have you tried Prolific? It's very good (fair, honest, not a scam), although so far I only get a very limited amount of surveys there..
Just so you know, for future reference, surveys on SB kinda suck. A lot feel like Pirc surveys and the pay averages half of what I would call AMT minimum. They pay around $.05 a minute and nothing, if you qual out halfway through. They do have times where they do bonuses, like double days for surveys. It makes them barely worth it.
You will certainly make money. How much money you want to make is up to you. I have been kind of lazy with Mturk and Prolific lately. However, last night I logged into Prolific and snagged a $7 survey with a $2 bonus.
