3. You may be invited to do a phone call with me (payment B: $100)

I would like you to be in the US and that's about it.

No not yet. This is a project that I am trying to sell to a medical technology company; right now I have been invited to bid on the project. However, before I put together my pitch, I need to feel confident that I can recruit about a 100 people. This is, as you can add up the numbers, a big budget project. I am estimating about $20,000 budget.
