I kind of want to die lol
I'm going to set my doctor's office on fire. I'm so fucking frustrated with their incompetence and total lack of empathy.
Come watch SEASON ONE of Ozark with me in my blanket fort.
But I already binge watched it without you. Hurry up and catch up and we can watch season 2.
Shush and get in my fort!

Yes, there's always room for you
Are you bringing kittens with hats?
All of them. And 5 of the froggy one.
I'm so conflicted my church is going to a big event this evening about an hour and a half away, and I really want to go, but I also know I'm probably going to be super anxious once I get there because there's like 3 churches that are meeting up for it. Right now I don't feel anxious about it but I know that's going to change the minute I get in the church van to leave. So do I push myself to go and potentially have a horrible anxiety-ridden time, or do I sit at home and relax and be alone like I usually am?
This week started off shitty but I'm riding this high from the last few days as long as I can
I say go, because the cbt book I was reading says it's usually never as bad as your brain tells you, and if you keep avoiding you end up never doing anything, or something I forgot the exact wording
