Yeah, that would definitely be the next step in escalation. And all of my emails have been nice and professional, even though i'm ticked at them i know you have to "play the game" heh.Other people who have had their accounts suspended finally got something done about it when they started making phone calls as opposed to emails (if I remember correctly). Kill them with kindness, though.
I'm sure it will all get worked out eventually, but I know it must be really irritating. Hope it gets resolved sooner rather than later.

Had lunch at Pizza Hut today, basically because we talked about it a few weeks ago and i know all the sit-in Pizza Huts are going to be closing. That was my first time inside a pizza hut in about 20 years lol, but they have a $4.99 lunch buffet thingy going on. It wasn't too great really but i figured it was worth the experience one last time.

My stepfather (82, died last year) loved to repeat and even make up these little diddlies. All of them off the wall. I have a book I made up of them. I'll have to post occasionally for your viewing enjoyment.
