Outstanding hits that haven't been approved.

I have searched to see if this particular requester is a nonpayer but can't seem to find any information on them. I have almost 50 hits I completed for them and they are all still in pending status. Some I completed 3 weeks ago. Anyone have information they can guide me on Brandmovers? TIA

I think I did about a week ago. (no response) Will probably will be skipping doing those anymore.
