A lot of requesters limit their HITs to the US or other countries. It's also very common for requesters to limit their HITs to workers that have at least a certain amount of approved HITs, like 1,000, or 5,000, etc. So, if you're new, you may be able to get access to new HITs if you spend some time building up your approved HITs number by doing the stuff that's available to you.

I already done more than 5000 hits but there is not any hits which paid more

This is a major holiday week in the United States, so there's not a lot of stuff posting right now. Hopefully, things will start to pick back up next week some time.

me too from India, i am just few hits away from touching approved hit to 1,00,000( currently 989760)
i m too facing these issues it took me a lot of time and years to be here even i did zero cent payment hits.
i think after 10000 there is a little scope, but lot of requester provide work according to location based that to in US(max).
and these days did not able to find much work, blocking system also hurt a lot even when its a mistake of requester side also, and authorities never improve it continuously making it worse.
