@Reversal of Fortune PM'd me a new script I hadn't heard of called Refresh Monkey. Here is some information on it!

I have been using an extension for Chrome called Refresh Monkey whenever I need to refresh something beyond what TM can do. Hardcore refreshing, basically.

I saw that you had recommended AutoRefresh Plus in the thread so I thought I'd download it and do a couple of comparisons. Here are the results:

In both tests, both extensions are set to refresh every 1 second.
