I just finished filing my federal and state taxes using the FREE version of Turbo Tax. I had no taxable income (I am retired) but I had to pay the Social Security and Medicate taxes. The online program took care of everything.
It generated these forms:
1040-SR (I am a retired senior)
Schedule 1
Schedule 2
Schedule B
Schedule C
Schedule SE
Form 8995
.
I did not even have to file in past years but with MTurk income the number of forms is crazy.
There is also a state tax form and they needed a copy of Federal Tax forms attached. I am glad the online program did everything and filed it for me. NO COST for filing.
