If you are facing trouble verifying your Bank account added to the Amazon Payments account, we request you to write back to us with the small deposit amounts that we sent to your bank account or you could fax a copy of your bank statement confirming the account number,business/personal name, address, and telephone number that you provided during registration or as previously requested, you could upload a copy of your bank statement using our secure document upload service. To access the document upload page please sign into your Amazon Payments Account and follow these instruction
1. Click “Edit My Account Settings”
2. Click “Manage your bank accounts”
3. Click “Provide Documentation” next to the bank account you want to verify
Please be sure that all of your scanned copies are legible before you upload. If we cannot read all the information on a document you upload, we may not be able to accept it.
