Just keep in mind they drip a LOT. I actually roasted my first duck a few weeks ago, made it peeking duck style and while presentation wasn't perfect taste wise it was relatively close to the real thing. Of course if I didn't live in the middle of nowhere I could just go to the Chinese grocery store and pay less for a cooked and sliced duck then I did for the frozen...

The professional turkers may or may not find this interesting but this past week it's basically been pointless to mturk from Canada. The best day I've had all week is $4.08! Typically I can make about $10-20 and sometimes a little more while doing my actual job too but just like the universities the slave labor efactories also appear closed for the holidays. Despite being over 99% and 10 000 hits there are usually only 100 or less tasks open to me most of which being days old broken things or transcribing receipts for pennies.

Happy NYE everyone!! 2018 was a really bad year for myself and a lot of people I know, so here's to a more positive 2019!
I was just thinking that 2018 was on of the worst years for me. So much loss and sadness. I am apprehensive about 2019, and usually I look forward to a New Year.

Morning everyone! Hope you all have a great NYE! It is nasty rainy here, but we are going to the Pacers game later, so other than walking in downtown Indy in the pouring rain it should be good fun.

I don't usually care about the New Year, tbh. but 2017-2018 were literally the 2 worst years of my life so...I'm just hoping it gets batter in 2019.

Hopefully we all can be surprised in a good way with 2019! I've always thought of NY as a time to refresh and restart, but the negativity I seem to have been dwelling in is unusual for me. I no longer feel like Superwoman, able to take on everything. I just want coffee and to sit in my house in my pajamas.
Also, I hope if I get batter it's cake :D

Good morning!
I'm almost not sick for NYE. Can't wait to kiss 2018 goodbye. And for Schools to be back in session so we can make more monies.

Good morning :) not quite able to get to work yet, my toddler just woke up lol but wanted to hop on and see how the morning is going. Not sure how I feel yet about the new year, it feels like 2018 flew by and it wasn't a bad year for us

Anyone else who got the Renee Hunsberger rejection for failing an attention check on December 29: I contacted her today after reading on turkerview about other rejections. There was no code and I had used my worker ID and explained that in my contact email after the rejection. It was overturned within minutes.

Happy NYE! 2017 was the worst year of my life but 2018 was a hell of a lot better. I had my shit more together, I finally settled into a living arrangement, I’m happier with myself and learned more about myself while finding a new hobby, a new home, and a bunch of really good friends. I have met some of the best people this year. I hope 2019 is even better, especially money wise.

Oh no! I'm glad you are starting to feel better though. I had mono two years in a row in middle school, although doctor said you can't get it twice (thinks I just had an inactive period), and it was HORRIBLE so I can imagine how awful that must be to go through that so often for you :(
