The new system doesn't use Amazon Payments at all from what I understand, so I don't think it should matter.

If you are paid for a task/survey and the balance is showing in "current balance" those funds will be directly deposited into your valid banking account at the interval you requested. No approval needed for the transfer of current balance funds (one you do the initial set up) it is automatic.
