one tip I have is if you accidentally add too much water while making rice, just throw your iPhone in. It'll soak up the excess lickedity split

it's another category of items that I don't care about (we have several - all from thrift stores - including a few I use for hiking). A few years ago, people suggested I get one of those hydra (?) water bottles for my daughter (pricey) and I didn't (came close). we have a few too, esp. for long hikes, but it's not something I obsess about. Then again, I hate shopped and so does my gf, so that's probably part of it
