National Pearl Harbor Rememberance Day - we will never forget those who lost their lives on this day 78 years ago and I'll personally never forget my next door neighbor who survived Pearl Harbor aboard the USS Utah, was on the ship when the document was signed to end WW II, and who passed away in his mid 90's a few years ago.

Skywarn Recognition Day - being an amateur meteorologist, I can appreciate this. I've never had any Skywarn training though, so I may have to watch my local NWS office announcements for the training classes and take the class in 2020.

National Cotton Candy Day

National Illinois Day - hello to those MTC'ers in the land of Lincoln.

National Rhubarb Vodka Day - something new to me as the only rhubarb stuff I knew was cooked rhubarb and various rhubarb pies.
