We need to make sure we are holding the requestors responsible for their actions whether they forget to implement the survey code generator or ask questions that have nothing to do with the task (here's a task - put 3 round balls into 3 round holes. now, what did you think about the task of putting 3 square pipes into 3 triangular buckets?), rejecting w/o explanation, using a generic template that has nothing to do w/ the survey ("this is a survey about social media blah blah blah" is a common template), using a consent form that clearly states pay which doesn't match the actual hit value, etc etc.I got this response just now.
